A Name That Means Something

If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

If I were to have something named after me, I don’t think I’d want it to be grand.

Not a building. Not a street. Not something people pass without ever really noticing.

I’d want it to be something small — but meaningful.

Something people return to.

A quiet corner of a café, perhaps. The kind where the light hits just right in the afternoon, where conversations linger a little longer than planned, and where someone, somewhere, feels just a bit more like themselves.

Or maybe a garden bench.

Nothing fancy. Just a place where people sit down when life feels a little too loud — and leave feeling like they can carry on again.

I don’t think being remembered is about scale.

It’s about feeling.

If my name were to be attached to anything, I’d want it to mean:

This is a place where you can breathe.

And if someone, years from now, sat there without knowing who I was — but still felt that…

I think that would be more than enough.

Stay fabulous,
Luce 💋

Not everyone longs to be seen, darling —
sometimes it’s enough to belong to yourself, to keep something that’s entirely your own. And that’s perfectly fine.

And perhaps it’s in that quiet space
that you hear yourself most clearly.

      Gilla
