What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

There’s a fine line between a “routine” and a “ritual,” darling — and mine, I confess, is equal parts both. I love my mornings: the first stretch, the coffee, the perfectly applied red lipstick. But if there’s one part I’ll dodge faster than Jack dodging office karaoke night… it’s the gym.

Now, I adore the idea of the gym — the outfits, the water bottles, the fantasy that I’ll emerge with cheekbones sharp enough to slice through Monday. But the reality? It’s cold, and there’s always someone grunting like they’re auditioning for a wildlife documentary.

So yes — occasionally (read: often), I replace the gym with what I call express wellness. It involves a good playlist, a little dancing around the kitchen, and an excellent cup of coffee held like a trophy. Cardio, but make it chic.

Still, I tell myself it’s balance that matters. Because life’s too short to count reps when you can count sparkles instead.
