If Failure Weren’t Invited To The Party

What’s something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.

Darling, if I were guaranteed not to fail, I’d go bigger. Not louder — I already have that covered — but bolder.

I’d open that little café I sometimes dream about — the one tucked on a cobbled corner, where jazz hums softly through the morning and everyone gets their coffee served with a compliment. The walls would be lined with books, the floor scattered with conversation, and every table would have a flower that didn’t know how to wilt.

I’d finally publish that book, too — the one half-written, tucked away in the back of a drawer, waiting for me to stop worrying about whether it’s “good enough.” I’d write it just as it is: messy, funny, occasionally tear-stained, but honest.

And maybe, if we’re really throwing fear out the window, I’d start that foundation I dream of — one that gives women the confidence to rebuild their sparkle after life’s storms. Because darling, I’ve learned that the world doesn’t fall apart from too much glamour — it falls apart from too little hope.

But here’s the little secret I keep reminding myself: every single one of those things is still possible, even without the guarantee. Failure’s invitation may be permanent, but it doesn’t mean she’ll show up.

So if I were guaranteed not to fail, I’d do exactly what I’m already trying to do — only with higher heels and even brighter lipstick.

And you, darling? What dream would you chase if fear stopped whispering in your ear?

Stay fabulous,
Luce 💋

Wait, does the nav block sit on the footer for this theme? That's bold.
