Every single day begins the same way — coffee, lipstick, and a notebook.

The coffee isn’t just caffeine, it’s ceremony. That first sip is the spark that tells me, “Today has begun, and you’re ready for it.” The warmth anchors me, like a steady drumbeat beneath the chaos of the world.

Then the lipstick. Always red, always deliberate. It’s not vanity, it’s a promise to myself: that no matter what the day throws at me, I’ve already chosen to show up bold. Lipstick is my little rebellion against invisibility, my daily reminder that presence is a choice.
